Bright brown eyes leaped up in front of the blonde girl, her eyes, which were half-closed, suddenly flashed open in surprise. "Hn?!" She squeaked out, rubbing her eyes with the back of her hand, she had grown suddenly tired all of a sudden. The sun was soon to start setting, the sky was slowly starting to turn a pale orange and the sun was dipping behind the trees. It had been a long day for Ringa as well as Tide, the two had spent their day getting to know one another and some slight training. Also, the excitment of starting their jounrey may have been an energy boost at first but now that was wearing off slowly. But looking at her Tiny Turtle Pokémon before her, Ringa gathered that it was Tide who had the most energy between them. "Still bursting with energy huh?" She muttered, a small smile of affection on her face as she spoke. Even though he was tiring her out, she couldn't help but smile at the little guy.
After a few moments of pondering, Ringa remembered something she had passed while they were travelling through Route One, instantly, she got to her feet and started walking back the way she had come. Tide followed at her heel, looking up at her with his curious brown eyes. After a few moments, they reached a small peaceful lake, she knew Tide would like a dip in the water. Squinting her eyes, she made out a shape on the edge of the dock, obviously someone had claimed the spot but as she turned to tell Tide, she realised he wasn't there. A sudden splash snapped Ringa's attention to the water and she realised her Pokémon had jumped in, right in front of the other person. Not knowing what the person would do, Ringa dashed forward, her shoes hitting the wooden dock as she ran and skidded to a stop near the person. "I'm sorry! He didn't get you wet did he?"

Eclipse had been through hell of a day. Training shinx the whole time. He was bruised, and had a cut in his shirt. Nonstop training. He took it worse than the pokemon. Flicking his ears back, the boy shook his head. Shifting back into a human, he sighed. Placing out the poke ball, Eclipse returned Shade to the poke ball. He rubbed hi eyes, whipped some blood from his lip, and walked to the dock of this lake. It was interesting. The sun set glistening off of the water’s surface. Shifting into his pokemon form, Eclipse gazed out to the water’s surface. Hell, he would eventually jump in. But not now. For the moment, he just wanted to gaze out to the waters surface.
His paws set side by side, then one lifted. The Umbreon’s crystal blue eyes gazed over the water’s surface a his yellow markings began to glow in the ever so dimming light. His tail wrapped around his side, and his ears stay slanted back. Then he heard another pokemon’s foot steps. One whom walked upon two legs. Slightly looking over his shoulder, the pokemon lunged into the water, and made a huge splash. Eclipse closed his eyes at the water slapped the side of his face. A girl gasped, and ran towards him. I’m so sorry! She yelled while running to him. He didn’t get you wet did he? She asked. Standing up, Eclipse looked to her, and offered a slight smile. With a slight shake of the head, The Umbreon took a bow, and sat back down, just gazing up to the girl. His ears perked, and his paw raised.
Looking to the squirtle in the water, his face returned to the blank state. The pokemon’s blue eyes looked back to the girl, and he sighed. His wet fur glistened the sunlight off of his coat as he shook slightly. Eclipse was sure to not get any on the girl, then he offered a smile. “It’s fine. I was going for a swim anyway.” He sighed while setting on the edge of the dock once again. “It’s no problem Miss…?”

To say the least, Ringa was quite shocked to see that the figure on the bridge was not a person but in fact, a Pokémon, an Umbreon in fact. She blushed slightly, feeling a little embarrassed for apologising to the Dark Type, she wondered if he would even be able to understand her. However, the Umbreon suddenly started talking, causing Ringa to jump slightly for a moment, obviously, she wasn’t expecting it. After the sudden shock vanished, she realised that the Umbreon was in fact, a Shifter, obviously a boy who had the ability to transform into the Pokémon before her. “Oh, well, that’s okay then..?” She said with a light laugh, her emerald eyes gazed at Tide, who seemed to be enjoying himself in the water, simply bobbing up and down and spraying a round of bubbles into the air. Ringa watched the spheres floating in the air, the sunlight made caused her to see bits of rainbow within the water bubbles until they floated out of reach.
“Ringa. And that’s alright Mr…?” She copied him, a small smile on her features as she looked down at the black Pokémon with bright, icy blue eyes. She suddenly wondered what the boy looked like in his human form and also wondered what he was doing in his Pokémon form, did he prefer it to his original body? “So, you prefer your Umbreon form?” She asked out of her growing curiosity, even though she had just met him, she couldn’t help but ask. After a few moments, she stretched her arms out and yawned slightly, after a moment, she dumped her black shoulder bag on the wooden decking, not worrying about the items inside, they were pretty durable after all. She decided not to sit, she didn’t know if the boy was willing to have her around for too long, she certainly didn’t want to end her first day as a trainer being snapped at for hanging around.

The girl seemed shocked that he was indeed a shifter. This brought a small laugh to his voice. Oh, well that's okay then? Well, ya. With a slight nod of the head, he looked out of his bright electric blue eyes to the girl. Standing up and stretching, he raised his right paw, and looked to the girl. Ringa? A beautiful name. He perked his ears at this. the way it flowed, wonderful. And that's alright Mr...? Well, technically it was Mr. Lunar, but he just stared out to the water's ripples. "Ringa?" he repeated in his strongly British voice. "A beautiful name." He said while looking back to the girl. There was no expression heald on his face... But his eyes. As if they were giving her a complement on their own.
"My name is Lunar... Eclipse Lunar..." the boy hesitantly said as he gazed out to the water in front of them. He watched the squirtle. Every movement. The boy's ears perked as he heard a rustle in the bushes. With only the flicking back of his ears, Eclipse was like a statue. "Shade, come here." The pokemon bounced over to his side, put his paws on the girl's shoulder, sniffed her, and walked to the other side of Eclipse. The pokemon jumped into the water, and swam around with her squirtle.
Then the girl asked something like if he liked his pokemon shape better? Well... Ya. But his human form was beaten and bruised as well. "Well, my human form is kind of tattered right now. Shade is extremely strong for his age, and his training is touch on the body." He looked down, and then back to the girl. If she wished, he would show her his human form. Although his face was still that of an angles, he didn't think so. A simple cut on the lip and a few cuts and bruises on the body, that was all. Well, he trained as hard as he could. The shinx was good... Very good. Eclipse pawed at his ear to simply scratch it, and looked to the girl again. His ears perked, and his tail curled around his hip as he paused.
The boy looked to the girl. As if he were trying to figure her out. slightly tilting his head down, and cocking his head to the side, and opened his mouth. Closing it again, he froze. He was just going to change the question. "Are you really curious about my human form?" The boy asked in his quiet voice. His British accent was strong, yet his tone soft. An interesting voice. Lifting his nose into the air, he tilted his head back down.

Her pale cheeks suddenly turned a rosy red when the boy gave her a complement about her name, she pulled slightly at the edge of her sleeves, suddenly feeling slightly embarrassed. She wasn’t used to others complementing her, usually, back at home, it was her complementing her mother and looking after her, while she was unwell, in fact, she didn’t recall a male from outside her own family calling her, or even her name, beautiful before. Even though the boy was still in his Umbreon form, she stuffed her hands in her pockets, suddenly feeling a little bit shy and not knowing what to really say. “Thanks..” She spluttered out, not sure what else there was to say in reply. She glanced back at the Pokéshifter once he told her his name, Eclipse. It was a rather unusual name, well so was hers, so she couldn’t really complain but she couldn’t help but smile, not in a cruel way, at how his name was basically, Lunar Eclipse.
Suddenly, her attention slipped over to a rustle in the bushes and before her green eyes, a Shinx bounded out but before she could do anything, Eclipse mentioned the name Shade and she gathered that the Shinx must be his. That must have meant that Eclipse was a trainer as well, though, she gathered he was a new trainer, though she guessed he was pretty experienced in knowledge. A bright smile appeared on her face as Shade bounded over to her and put his small paws on her, obviously curious about who she was, she would have petted him a little but the Electric Pokémon seemed intent on the water. After Shade leaped into the water, Ringa went and sat herself down on the deck as well, next to Eclipse, her legs were not hanging over the edge but instead, she drew them up close to her and she leaned back slightly, staring at the clouds.
A frown appeared on her features as Eclipse mentioned that he was a bit beaten up in his human form, that only made her feel a stab of worry appear inside of her. Ever since she had started caring for her mother she had received a caring personality trait, though it was good in some ways, it also could be troublesome, especially because if she leaves an injured person or Pokémon, she wouldn’t be able to stop feeling guilty. When he asked if she was curious about his human form she blinked her green eyes once or twice, he had got it spot on really. “Well, I was a little curious a moment ago but now you said you’re hurt I’m even more curious, I’m sure it’s nothing but I want to make sure you’re not too badly hurt... If you don’t mind that is.” She replied, feeling a little embarrassed that her caring nature had sort of broken through.

The by slightly smirked as he saw the girl blush from the corner of his eyes. All she could come up with was thanks? Fair enough. This girl was not much of a talker. That was okay as well. She seemed to enjoy shade jumping onto her arm. He was cute, but Eclipse would never admit it in front of him. Shaking his head, the boy looked to his shinx as he jumped into te water. Good. He learned to like it just as Eclipse had been training him to do.
Looking to the girl and going on, Eclipse listened to her answer carefully. So she was curious eah? But now more when she heard he was injured? He should have said nothing. Eclipse hated people to worry about him, yet he worries about others. Slightly turning his head away from the girl, he sighed. "It's not that bad. Shade and I were just training." He quietly said as he shifted into his human form.
The boy's white hair glistened off the sun's rays as his electric blue eyes gazed out to the waters ahead. A small bruise next to his eye, and a cut on his lip was all that was able to be seen. He slightly turned to the girl, and his facial features lightened by the setting sun. Every aspect of his profile view, it looked like a dream. One of every girls fantasy guy, other than the cut and bruise of course. Whipping some blood from his lip, and looking to his hand, the boy looked back to Ringa. "See, it's nothing bad. Just a little bit of training cuts. Nothing to worry about."
